Your listing: The property you are advertising
must be within the Hamptons region of Long Island,
New York, and your listing cannot include any illegal
or offensive material. You may give details of one
property per listing. We reserve the right to amend
your listing in order to ensure compliance with
our standards or to reject it at our discretion.
If your listing is rejected, your payment will be
refunded in full. You hereby declare that all the
information you have provided is truthful, accurate,
and legal and that you have the legal right to sell
or rent the property offered in your listing . Be
considerate to potential purchasers or renters;
they may travel a considerable distance to visit
the property you have advertised. You accept full
responsibility for all expenses, losses and any
other costs caused by untrue or inaccurate information
supplied by you or if you do not have the legal
agency to rent, sell, or share the property you
are listing. Photographs are accepted by upload
to our server, email or post. We will tell you how
to send your photograph when you submit your listing

Your order: Once you have completed the
listing submission form, a proof of your listing
will be displayed for you to amend as appropriate.
Once you have approved this, your listing will be
published immediately. You will be given an listing
reference number and password which you must store
in a safe place as these will be required later
should you wish to renew, amend or cancel your listing.
Amendments and cancellation: You may cancel
or amend your listing at any time by using the form
